About PetVitale
Making quality pet care accessible and affordable for every pet parent
Our Mission
At PetVitale, we believe that every pet deserves quality healthcare, regardless of their owner's budget. We're on a mission to transform pet care by bringing transparency, organization, and affordability to an industry that's often overwhelming for pet parents.
Founded in 2025, PetVitale was born from a simple observation: too many pet owners skip necessary veterinary care because of cost concerns, disorganized records, and lack of price transparency. We knew there had to be a better way.
The Problem We're Solving
Vet costs vary wildly — we surface the prices clinics publish so you can plan
Paper records get lost — we keep everything digital and organized
Missed vaccines happen — our reminders keep your pet's care on track
Our Solution
Cost Transparency
Clinics listed in our directory publish their own service prices, so you can see likely costs before you book. The directory is still growing, so coverage varies by area.
Centralized Records
Store all your pet's health records, vaccinations, and documents in one secure place. Access them anytime, anywhere.
Smart Reminders
Never miss an important appointment, vaccination, or medication. Our smart reminder system keeps your pet's care on track.
AI-Powered Features
Scan vet documents with AI to auto-extract health data. Get organized records without the manual work.
Our Values
Pets First, Always
Every decision we make is guided by what's best for pets and their wellbeing.
Transparency & Trust
We believe in honest pricing, clear communication, and building lasting trust with our community.
Innovation for Good
We leverage technology to solve real problems and make pet care more accessible to everyone.
Community-Driven
We listen to pet parents, veterinarians, and industry experts to continuously improve our service.
Data Portability & Ownership
Your pet's data belongs to you. We support data portability so you can export, backup, or move your records anytime.
Your Data, Your Control
Export Your Data
Export your health records to CSV, or your whole account to JSON, from Settings — anytime, with no request and no waiting period. PDF export is still to come.
Data Portability
Switch to another service? We'll help you export and migrate your data. We support GDPR and CCPA data portability rights.
Right to Delete
Want to delete your account? All your data will be securely deleted within 30 days. No questions asked.

Where we are today
PetVitale is early. We are a small Canadian team, the product is in beta, and the veterinary clinic directory is still being built — Edmonton first, then outward by demand. We would rather tell you that than quote numbers we cannot stand behind.
What is real today: pet profiles and health records, vaccination and medication tracking, reminders, AI document scanning with every field reviewed by you before it is saved, shareable vet-ready summaries, and a library of long-form pet health guides. What is not yet real is listed plainly on our pricing FAQ.
Built to be trusted with your pet's health
PetVitale is early — so instead of asking you to take our word for it, here is exactly how your data is handled. Every claim links to the page that backs it up.
Built in Canada
PetVitale is made by Brainfy AI Inc., a Canadian company, with Canadian pet parents in mind.
PIPEDA-aligned privacy
We follow PIPEDA-aligned privacy practices for handling your pet's health information.
Encrypted storage
Records are encrypted in transit with TLS and stored on Supabase (AWS), which maintains SOC 2 Type II compliance.
Your data is never sold
We don't sell or share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.
AI-assisted records
Upload a vet document and AI pulls out the dates, vaccines and medications for you.
pet health guides
A growing library of long-form guides on vaccines, medications and everyday pet care.
PetVitale helps you organise your pet's health information. It is not a substitute for veterinary advice — always talk to your vet about your pet's care.
