Delete your PetVitale account

PetVitale is made by Brainfy AI Inc. You can delete your account and everything in it yourself, from the PetVitale app or the website. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

  1. Sign in to PetVitale (the app, or www.petvitale.com/signin).
  2. Open Settings, then scroll to Delete your account.
  3. If you want a copy of your records, use Export first.
  4. Choose Delete my account, type DELETE to confirm, and choose Delete everything.

If you cannot sign in, email support@petvitale.com from the address on your account and a person will delete it for you within 30 days.

What is deleted immediately

  • Your sign-in (email and password), profile and settings.
  • Every pet profile and photo.
  • All health records, including uploaded documents, AI document scans and their extracted details.
  • Vaccines, medications, reminders and appointments.
  • Share links you created and the record of who opened them.
  • Clinic listings, reviews and cost requests you submitted, and your AI assistant usage records.

Any active subscription is cancelled before your data is removed. No further charges are made.

What is kept, and for how long

  • Billing records. Invoices and payment history are held by our payment processor, Stripe, for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Deleting your account cancels the subscription; it does not erase these records.
  • Backups. A deleted account can remain in an encrypted database backup taken before the deletion. Backups are not edited; they expire within 30 days.
  • Service-provider logs. Our hosting and email providers keep short-lived technical logs under their own retention rules.
