Free pet care tools

Each tool below works without an account and keeps what you enter in your own browser. They cover the small jobs of pet care: knowing your pet's life stage, keeping vaccines on schedule, preparing for the vet, timing a course of medication, tracking what care costs, and having a one-page summary ready for emergencies.

How these tools handle your data

Every tool runs in your browser. Checklist ticks, expenses and the record template are saved in your browser's local storage on your device, so they survive a reload but never reach PetVitale's servers. Calendar exports go straight to your own calendar app. If you want the same information kept per pet, synced across devices and shared with a link, that is what a PetVitale account does.

Where the figures and schedules come from

The age calculator applies the AVMA guideline published by the AKC and International Cat Care's scale. The vaccination checklist follows VCA Animal Hospitals' dog and cat schedules. Each tool page lists its sources and the date we last reviewed them. None of the tools gives medical advice, calculates a dose or replaces your veterinarian.
